VUKARA – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers or customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VUKARA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

VUKARA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
